are you aware that you are waiting for a child to be added which is a textbutton and then you wait for it to be activated is that correct or is there maybe a logic issue

The goal for the script is that when a TextButton is pressed it triggers an event, I didn't want to have the script under every textbutton as theres going to be a lot so I made the script to check the children
