Make a value on player characters that track who last damaged them [preferably obj value and set the value to the player who hit them last <-- this would be done from, say, the damage part of any type of combat script], then, in a server script, connect a player added event, connect a character added event to the player, then connect a Humanoid Died event and check for the WhoLastDamaged [or wtv you called the obj value] value in the character, and increase the player references' cash from the obj value
