I want every time the value of TacoEvent = 1, it will start the taco rain, but I keep trying and it still has the error. Please help me.

When the game starts I set the value TacoEvent = 1 and nothing happens

most likely becouse you are doing it on the client side

try doing it on the server side by clicking the green button that seems like a server
