I actually really like this! Pretty neat!
yeah its a little hobby I have of mine
I have a few other creations
ill show you a few of them
just they might be a bit bad
Sure mate!
Those are super cool! I think they could benefit from a little atmosphere, especially the one you said was your wallpaper. Maybe a touch of vignette or smoke particles.
im only just starting to touch on lighting
im watching more tutorials and ect ect to improve
so far a few weeks in
Ahh I see. Well I must say, they look pretty astonishing so far. I would love to see how you improve in the future, send me your work when you make something new!
sure man
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOC_jKz4sHE this video also gave me tons of motivation
I've been animating and writting this around 40 hours
amazing video
you should really watch it
That's super sick, that makes me want to start animation and GFX. 😭
Oooo cool.
just gets me want to do developing
which I am learning how to script
and rn im just extremely burnt out
I have been developing for about 5 years, and mate, let me tell you, it's awesome.
ChatGPT make my studio logo-
lmaoooo
First couple years was mostly messing around, got serious quickly though.

Here's some of my work
That was the first hyper-realistic one I did.
Occasionally, yes. I gravitate towards Unity though.
Blender is a bit tricky..
and the donut tutorial has like 17 parts
pretty sure you know what im on about
they're all like 20-30 minutes long
I went through that whole thing.
this guy
Yup.
Im gonna be for real, it's actually kind of helpful..
you have to go through it twice to really understand it though.
dude I actually cant even go through like 2 hours through tutorials
its just so boring
no background music no nothing
just like school
I did one a day I think, it was a while ago.
I dont wanna be there
I really want to learn blender
just I want to be efficent
but I cant be asked learning all the keybinds
making my own keybinds
ect ect
It's not necessary to learn. I went years without it.
so you just click buttons no keybinds?
just wastes a little bit of time
it adds up for every project you do
No no, I mean blender in general. You don't need to know how to use it to be a dev.
Keybinds are crucial.
Was a solo dev for 4 years until my brother joined my team, it's just him and I.
I do everything except for scripting.
I can script a bit, but not super super well.
id like to learn scripting
as im pretty sure theres not much of a surplus of scripters
just im not sure how long it takes
I have a document of what ive been learning
a few thousand words long now
There's not, but with the rise of AI, less and less people are hiring scripters. ChatGPT can just do it for you.
chatgpt sends you poo scripts dude
last time I used ai
pretty sure it gave my game a virus
You have to know how to use AI to script. Once you learn that, it's actually extremely good.
I still dont really support the use of ai
like if you go bug fixing
ur cooked bro
you dont understand any of the code
let alone how to fix it
I don't use it to write scripts, but revising, debugging, and optimizing
Great at those.
I mean if you use it like that
I guess I could see it
just kinda sucks that ai is taking peoples jobs
Alright listen I've gotta head to bed but remember to send me your works, I wanna see how you do it!
Tell me about it...
yessir
I got school in like 2 hours
It's 11:58 PM here..
Well there you go.
