Morphing Script Multiple Player Problem

Alright so i have a Morphing script, shown in the video that seems to work perfectly
the animations work, the running and stamina work so it should be fine

the thing is, For some reason. the animations, stamina and running ONLY work for me, and no one else testing
now it may have to do with something with the animations but im unsure

if someone knows what to do, lmk
second video is from a friend, as is shown it does not work for him

It only shows on your side because the animations aren’t published for his side yet

He can only see it in game
