Why does my character not respawn on death?

I have a game with other ppl, we had a checkpoint script and a respawn script I deleted them pretty sure and now I don't respawn when I die.

I'm not stupid, No, the respawn script where a person presses a respawn button.

when they die a UI shows to respawn

I removed it because we had checkpoints, I removed checkpoints and respawn script because neither were working.
