i think youre supposed to attach the script to your rig perhaps
is it a looped animation?
or an animation that plays on an event
like .Touched or .MouseClick?

the last thing i made with scripting 4 years ago was legit just looped animations for my friends

animationTrack.Looped = true
but make sure u save it as looped in the animation editor too
i forgot if i used both or js one of these

iirc animation tracks have a loop property tho

either that or edit the animate.lua animations (there's a bunch of them under the animate.lua script, roblox adds it when you create a rig or spawn in)

also the game was ugly asf and 'educational' (all it had were space facts and an animation with a friend hugging a body pillow. yes. that was legit an animation)
