#Problem with keeping the corpses of dead npcs

I'm trying to tweak a script to make it so that the corpses of dead npc will stay until they are removed from the map, where they can then respawn. I'm a huge newbie, so any help would be very amazing. and If any clarification is needed ill be free to provide.

Ok I finally got the script to function in it's normal state. However there still is the issue of the npc not staying dead. is there a way I can change the code to make the npc only respawn when it its entirely deleted

So basically like a lingering corpse until you get ride of it by entirely destroying the entity
