when a tower is destroyed does that mean all the spawn locations in it have been destroyed for it to not count as the tower still standing?

im just guessing from the last time i played a doomspire game

or like all the spawns have been destroyed plus all the players on that team color

basically when all spawn point are gone a team is ellimanated

because that team can no longer respawn
