Whenever I make animation and insert it in my game, it works fine for me, but other contributors can't see, and Roblox ai says to just public it but there's no public button?

the animations need to belong to the same thing as who/whatever owns the game. if that's you, then only you will see it in studio no matter collab (works fine in the regular roblox player). if you want to group collab, then you need to publish the game and the animations to the group for others to see it in studio.
