Looking for a script/way to mirror an animation

Hey is there any plugin/script that can mirror an animation to the other side? For example if the animation is right hand punch it makes it left hand punch

Blender has this feature called flip pose on X-axis. I'm guessing you gotta do some maths to replicate this using angles and cframes in roblox studio
