so I have a hook attached to a starter character in my game and I want to make the hook actually work but i have it to were the hook is an actual body part on the starting character, the way i want the hook to work is for it to have a throw animation and for it to actually hook and pull a player but the only way I can think of to make this possible is to make the hook a tool but i don't want the player to have to equip the hook because it looks weird and throws off the overall clean look of the game, pls help

Without the hook being a tool
so the way the character is designed is that i replaced the arm with a prosthetic arm that has a hook attached to it but if i make a throwing animation when the player clicks or something and the hook is a part of that throwing animation then the player can just spin around as the hook is being thrown and cover a wider area since its gonna follow the players body which is bad because its a pvp based game were your supposed to hyook other players and pull them in
