I want it too ragdoll when i move for 1 second but it flings me accross the map when ragdoll kicks in. How i fix?

when ur ragdolled does it look like ur arms and legs are fighting ur torso?

try turning off torso collision and see if u still get flung that might be it

I think u have to parent something to the humanoidrootpart im not sure lemme check rq
