how do battlegrounds games handle vfx? is it just cloning the effects onto a players torso from replicated storage when the animation reaches certain markers?

that is they put the vfx of that specific style or sum (like karate idk) to the player and weld it and disable it and they enable it and mess with it when the player attacks, this lowers the amount of cloning and presumably slightly more optimized
