Is it okay to still watch tutorials after watching series and hour long videos on how to script?

I am just getting into scripting and I want to expand my knowledge, but I tent to use a lot of tutorials. What should I do?

When I was newish to scripting, I fell into a tutorial hell where I was dependent on tutorials to make anything. If you feel like you're suffering through this, then it's best to give yourself an easy task/goal and just to finish it. Doing this enough will help lower the need of using tutorials.

It's not bad to watch tutorials but watch ones that actually teach you

Because I know there are VERY SPECIFIC tutorials for very specific needs that are unnecessary
