How can I manage attributes in combat/movement for my game, currently I'm making just a simple m1 system and all I need now is attributes to be handled like: stun, attacking, ragdolled

I constantly have issues with attributes overlapping or having funky issues such as walk speed being completely wrong and stuff.

How would I go about handling the attributes effectively?
