Did you... delete the code/ui that handled the popup...?
Without more information there not much anyone can help with.
Also I recomend not making a donation game, you won't get anywhere with it. Nobody would play your game for donations when theres a larger game with higher chances of being donated to. This just isn't a market you can break in to.
