how to detect viewport change (portrait/landscape)?

hi im trying to look for an event that supports this feature. I suck at browing the docs so I'd appreciate if someone could tell me a bit more about it I dont want to make my own event with heartbeat (unless im forced to), my use case is for resizing elements on mobile upon changing the viewport so that the elements embedded onto my custom chat become more bearable to read
