Custom sit animation showing only for me, but not my friends when they playtest the game

for some reason i set the animation id for a seat to a custom animation i made, and it shows fine for me, but when my friend play tests it and sits its just the default sit animation, can anyone help?

(the seat was moved to the left but nothing else was changed)

publish the game and have your friends join, when they play test via rbx studio they wont see the anims and will get the sanitized error
