im in full support of this actually, i dont see a purpose to restricting the ability to even VIEW skilled for hire if youre under level 5, since its not like you can talk in there anyways
and its not insane to expect people with a skill rank 2+ to be able to pick out what is a scam and what isnt a scam

Nope, if you check the pinned message only users with level 5 or higher can view
It essentially makes the channel useless and there's no reason to pursue getting or using it since you most likely won't get many if any clients from there.
