They don't really need to teach them.
Most of them either depend on AI or on the Roblox Toolbox.
I agree they SHOULD teach them.
@deep fable
Poyraz said he hates you.
Basically on the flow I was saying.

?
Was basically spammed with whitenames (that's what they were called at the time) asking questions and getting 0 answers, or people trying to get others to do shit for them for free while having no interest in learning the skill.
Basically what I was saying.
Hardly anyone these days wants to learn scripting.
If they wanna make a game, they'd depend on AI, or use % to get devs
yup except AI wasn't really a thing at the time
I know, was talking about rn
** You are now Level 3! **
but yeah it would turn into that quickly
There was an idea at some point to set up a mini "school" for each role but that fell through as well
Those people are so annoying.
They want developers with like insane experience, but they offer percentage.
so now I do private lessons for money because people are willing to pay for me to fast track them at audio
And also Percentage projects most of the time guarantee to fail or get discontinued
But like, all things considered not being able to learn stuff solo at a fast pace is legitimately a skill issue
I mean, at least for me AuDHD has been extremely helpful in my process of learning audio and code, but everyone is different ig
Allows me to work for 18 hours without break
I'm just lucky that what I hyperfixate on is also my job ig
Audio engineer and sound designer
I would say so. It's very nuanced and subjective so getting to the point where you can flowstate it out is excruciatingly difficult, but where I am now is not.
