I think this is true because if they can't hire in #📜︱scripting, they will just do it in #💬︱general instead, and get muted, etc. And then they won't advertise in #💬︱general nor in #📜︱scripting.

Well, this doesn't really prevent it, it just makes it harder. When they realise they need level 5 for #📜︱scripting, they will try to get it in #💬︱general spamming or {Insert "I NEED LEVEL 5" sticker}, and then proceed to #📜︱scripting.
What about making it level 3? Bad idea? .-.
