i just did it and the bottom was slightly burnt while the inside was sort of undercooked
and i did temp of 350 bake.

yeah i did 350, but only for 10 mins or less
you only need to really worry about the egg 'cooking' (no one wants raw eggs), other than that there's not much room to underbake it
they will come out very soft cuz they're warm, so maybe it seems to be underbaked? the edges should be slightly darkened; though imo mine were in about 2-3 minutes too long cuz when they cooled it was hard to eat
if yours are hard you can put in it a container with a piece of bread, it'll become soft (i did half a slice of bread cuz they can get too soft and almost soggy feeling eww)
