I'm trying to have a view port show the user of an ability to all it makes contact to, like the domain from jujutsu shenanigans or the ultimate's from realm rampage. but I'm not sure how to go about it. I've tried sending the player through the fire client and cloning that or the character but it comes back as an index nil. Any advice on what I could do?

you need to figure out how to tell when someone gets hit by an ability on their end

youre not gonna be able to modify someone elses gui with a local script

make the server decide whether people get hit or not since it should be the one doing that anyway

and then just fire client
