the point of helpers is to just diffuse situations as needed (alongside some other duties, but those are irrelevant to my downvote for this suggestion), muting is our only way to do so

I’d like the point out that in this context the guy just blatantly bypassed multiple times. And also admitted to having alts which is… bold. The situation was solved when I muted him.

I do agree with the fact that I didn’t use the reason thing properly and I take full responsibility of that.
