You rest the character and spawn the person.

Sure, why not?

Just use a remote event to change the team on the server.

And be sure to keep track of the player who's changed team.

So he doesn't do that mid-gameplay.

Maybe add a few more flags to check out before the player can change tema.

Like match ended or start or whatever.
