i think someone's paid status (that includes boost role) is more important than their skill roles in terms of how they're displayed

No, someone hard work over some skill role is more important than boost role + people can easily look at your skill role in #👷︱for-hire and hire you instantly

Plus you boosting the server because you like the server

not to show you have "booster" role
