Not detecting when touches Baseplate, and if it does it doesn't do anything

I want to do that when I get through a trigger part, the "vase" part falls down from the shelf. And I want it when it touches the baseplate it stops moving and anchores. Seems it can't detect when it touches it. I also have set to say in the output prompt to print what it touches. When it touches baseplate it says nothing. Any solution?
