while the lighting and fog is good, the scene doesnt come together

i think the neons on the primary buildings are too big, and everythign is kind of repeated

also idk why its rotated if its a city cause where the roads at

and everything is kind of "uniform" where the scene isnt layered. in the midle, there is a big ditch where the fog covers and the rest is the buildings which are all on a similar level

the only thing breaking it up is the two skyscrapers in the middle
