It looks like the rigging was done well, but the proportions of the body are off, unless she has anorexia. From looking at the elbows and knees too, the topology could be improved so it bends better, unless that's just how it was skinned. This could also be the angle of the image im looking at, but the head looks a bit flat.

Still better than the bodies I attempt make though, I give up half way through most the time
