Basic as hell but I made New York Cheesecake with the perfect texture & jiggle, it looks so good. The recipe is also very simple, I recommend you try it – it is so creamy and it melts in your mouth. I made a strawberry jam sauce for it, which completes it and balances the richness of the cake so well with its tangy touch.
