1st pic are where all the cooldown scripts are stored and the 2nd pic is the cooldown script for the secondary skill

1st Pic is the location of the remote event, and the 2nd pic is the secondary ability script (The one in the vid where the player throws out a sword wave), the line marked with red arrow is the line that tells the server to enter cooldown state
