Is it possible to move the player's character when the right mouse button is pressed?

like shift lock but when you press right click and move your mouse the char follows it, if anyone knows how I would appreciate if you would help me ty

Literally like shift lock or something more like click to move?

Both are possible but emulating shift lock is hard
