How do i add custom stuff to admin commands like this?

In adonis admin I want a avatar headshot when someone says for an example “n Hello” like in the picture. I also want a command named “alive” so adonis admin identifies it as all players so for an example you could say “bring alive” i want this for all adonis admin commands but i dont know how to. Please help

so to get the players headshot u can use this
