talking about other things in #📜︱scripting makes sense, since it's with others you have simular interests to. the majority of the server (atleast i think) are scripters, more people talking in that channel just keeps it off-topic longer. enforcing the topic, nor making a new channel will do anything.

no one's switching channels when the topic shifts to something other than scripting. and the 'topic' of a channel isn't moderated anyway.
