Inventory System doesn't update until a new item is added

The inventory updates perfectly only when a new item is added, when an existing one is added (increasing the item count by 1 and not adding the same item again to the table), the itemcount in the gui doesnt update

then update the gui

if that still doesn't update then something is wrong when adding existing values
