Pins in discord are pretty terrible IMO. On mobile they're nearly hidden and even on desktop it's not great. I think putting them all somewhere like the same place you apply (along with info like number of works required) would be much more discoverable

If you made a ranking channel and combined the other part of #🎫︱tickets with #❗︱staff-complaints it'd be an improvement
