Long suggestion does not mean good suggestion

  1. User Ratio. the current marketplace is filled with 90% yellow names (new users/level 5) and maybe 10% already existing users. this just shows how inactive the new marketplace will be.
    Thinking that this will make new users be more active in the server is just wrong as after years of pattern we have noticed that if something is hard to get users just leave as most new users just come for marketplace advert and leave even if its level 5 to get access. This will cause a big issue to get new members in pro marketplace.

  2. Scammer issue. The merit system was introduced in the first place so that people can find more trustable people to hire adding a whole new area for high rank people to have marketplace will do nothing but make the primary marketplace filled with much less "high merit" users making it filled with a lot more potential scammers and new users mixed.

i see the main reason you made this suggestion is to have this scammer issue fixed but this wont fix anything as scammers will still exist in the primary marketplace and high rank members are already dependent on the merrit system so i really dont see a reason to have a pro marketplace. yes this might lead to better pay and stuff but realistically all deals are negotiated and its peoples choice weather to take them or no.

I thought a pro marketplace could be rank 3's and higher, therefore, only people with verified skill.

I think if we maybe had 2 options for access - high skill rank or high level - then it would be good.

I think we would get some more activity in pro-marketplace since some people don't use the normal because of its low standards.

  1. Nobody uses the old marketplace because it has low pay and low skill jobs. This new marketplace would have a lot more skilled people - more posts and hiring.

  2. Tbh nobody looks at merit - but maybe the new channels can use the ranking system or levels.

  3. Scammers can't access the better marketplace. Higher paying jobs are less likely to be scammed. People will be more confident in paying more and working longer.

anyways my point is, people have alts and if they don't, they'll just make them and let them age up. in the mean time they'll probably also make discord alts to let those age up and the rest is history. it just slows them down by a tiny margin, it doesn't stop them at all
