ur first one is fine just pull out a bit on the face put the lips a bit higher up make it more like a face

Zbruah is usually more productive and fast, it can handle a bigger amount of tris when scuculpting,
Blender has better render options

#

And zbrush has a bigger variety of brushes

#

And some really helpful tools
