and im not trolling by the way

for me when i restart my PC and Discord at the same time after the 30 minute cooldown
it gives me error not able to post

so im making a Clicker Sim and i want to know how to make a RNG system to get a stat based on the RNG and Upgrades to increase the likely to get for example Rebirth is 1/120 and Ultra is 1/500 without upgrades

and the funny part i have tags on the post
