I think I understand. What you could do is create folders for the weapons you want each team to have, for example name a folder “police_weapons” and put all the weapons that police should have into that folder. And make a simple script that uses “if” functions to find which team the player is on, and then finding the right folder, and setting a loop function to clone all of the tools from that folder into the players backpack, or the players startergear if you want the player to respawn with those items

you do need some basic scripting knowledge though
