I always agree about slowmode too long.
Slowmode kills the channel, because people get bored of waiting and change channel

But as our Big Boss Meex would have said :
"you are supposed to create a thread so you don't have to wait for the slowmode and keep the channel tidier...""

Sometimes we know they exist, but we don't feel like creating one, just writing in there, etc....
