You can, as long as you credit them (which you don't even have to do)

Roblox Marketplace has a free use policy. Whenever someone uploads something, they intend that someone else will use it, and don't need credit

Also, their hazmat suit is literally just a roblox shirt and pants on a dummy with a yellow hood accessory
