putting pre-existing content into capcut and putting effects on it is barely a skill

is it a skill if anyone on the globe can learn to do it in under 10 minutes tho

Honestly I think this is something that is actually missing atm.
It's definitely relevant to Roblox considering how thumbnails, advertisements, and media outside of Roblox.com uses a lot of video.
It's not really covered under animation since that's a different skill and end result.
GFX could be close, but those are typically still images.
Perhaps we could include it in with gfx since a lot of those skills do cross over? Scene creation, lighting, etc.
