Just got JMLS do i get 5 LST to get jedi knight cal to complete my JMLS team or use on different characters?

You want JKCK for the Zeffo mission in ROTE so might as well do it if that's your goal

Personally I'd put Executor first if you aren't yet fleet shard top 1 = crystals
