I thought about using it on cad to strengthen executor since I just unlocked it four star or Greef as he’s my only non relic in my primary BH squad, but I know they’re not a strong meta squad

do not get cad or greef. you get a token for greef and cad is an easy upgrade. for sure boushh or krssantan but i would say boushh leia for GL leia and jabba
