Honestly don’t bother with him too much till you get Cal, the other stuff is probably just as good as getting Luke up

Might as well finish the reqs, it may take a bit to finish his event anyway with all the GL tickets so having that out of the way for when you’re ready for him would be nice

yeah id say get the unlock/ gearing done then wait for the zetas if you are short
