i have over 19k but don't know where to use them I know people are saying save for 7 star exec but i feel like I have to much or I'm not using me resources properly

you should spend 450 a day minimum on 3x cantina refreshes and 3x mod, then consider doing 3x normal if you have enough nodes to farm

If you are near Exec then I would just save to ~26k and then start spending, otherwise don’t bother
But the best ways to spend them are refreshes. 3 refreshes per energy, 2 hard node refreshes at most

once hard conquest unlocks youll probably want to do 2-3 cq refreshes a day too
everything past that can absolutely go to exec, very solid investment

Splitting Exec to 7* over two months is a reasonable choice so that you’re not paying extra for the last set of shards after refreshing stops but depends on your fleet arena shard. If 7* is the difference between top 20 and #1 being inefficient up front is a very good investment.
