What is the best way to farm them? Is it to buy the luck packs or wait for them to be in crystal store and get 50 shards for 4k crystals?

I think it costs around 150-200 bucks to get the marquees done during their event, buying them from shipments is less expensive than that, farming them from their node with 3x refreshes is even less expensive
