Yes but you will have a very hard time trying to do it

There is a very rare case where nihilus uses basic on his first turn

That is one way of doing it or you finish the previous wave with hera and one other toon at or above 100% tm (hera uses backup plan, other ally uses event special to taunt)

But it's not really something that's easy to do so I wouldn't recommend retrying for it
